Are the products suitable for coeliacs?

Yes. We produce in an exclusively gluten-free lab, with no risk of cross-contamination, and we are AIC (Italian Coeliac Association) accredited.

Are they also lactose-free?

Yes: all our products are gluten-free and lactose-free.

Can I use the coeliac voucher? Are the products reimbursable?

Several of our products are reimbursable by the National Health Service and can be purchased with the coeliac voucher. Contact us to find out which ones.

Do you ship throughout Italy?

Yes, we ship throughout Italy with tracked delivery; we also deliver to several areas of the European Union.

How should the products be stored?

Gluten-free baked goods are best enjoyed fresh, but they freeze very well: just thaw or warm them up before eating.

Where are you based?

We are in Ravanusa (AG), Sicily. Sales are online, with home delivery.
