We currently ship to Italy, Germany and Malta. Products are carefully packaged to preserve their integrity and quality during transport and entrusted to a courier.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout based on the destination. Shipping is free for orders over € 200.00, with the discount applied automatically once the amount is reached.

Shipping and order fulfilment

  • Shipping takes place after confirmation that payment has been successfully completed.
  • Delivery requires the presence of a person to sign for it: shipments to post office boxes or automated distribution points are not permitted.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation by email and, where available, the tracking code to follow your parcel. You can also check the order status in «My account» → Orders.

What to do on receipt

  • Check that the number of parcels matches what is indicated and that the packaging is intact (not dented, punctured, wet or tampered with).
  • In the event of damage or discrepancy, accept the parcel with a specific reservation on the courier’s document (e.g. «accepted with reservation due to dented box»): this is necessary in order to take action against the carrier.
  • Open the parcel as soon as possible and check the condition of the products.
  • In the event of any problems (damaged, missing or non-matching products), contact us promptly, and in any case within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos.

Returns and refunds

As these are food products, the right of withdrawal is subject to the limitations provided by law (see Right of withdrawal). We nevertheless always guarantee:

  • Replacement of products damaged during transport (with photos and prompt reporting and a reservation made to the courier);
  • Refund for orders lost or not delivered due to a cause attributable to the courier;
  • Replacement of products not matching the order;
  • Refund or replacement for lack of conformity under the legal guarantee (arts. 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code).

Incorrect address or absence at delivery

  • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned, the re-delivery costs are borne by the customer.
  • If the recipient is absent, after two delivery attempts the parcel is held in storage. Failure to collect it within 3 working days of the first attempt results in termination of the contract pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code; the refund, where due and except for products with a short shelf life, will be net of the unsuccessful delivery costs.
